PERMANENT COLLECTIONS OF LEGAL JOURNALS

Are you someone who likes to run searches by area of law or via keywords?

Do you want to access all of the legal doctrine and case law relating to a legal concept?

Do you want to know what a specific author has published?

Do you want comprehensive results without having to wade through archives and all
the available legal Journals one by one?

Do you want to be able to do all of this seamlessly, with the date of the last update indicated?

The online version of the Recueil Permanent des Revues Juridiques [Permanent collection of legal periodicals] makes this frighteningly easy for anyone who subscribes to Strada lex.

With archives dating back to the end of the 1970s, the R.P.R.J. contains more than 300,000 references to articles on legal doctrine and summaries of case law decisions published in 150 legal journals, in both French and Dutch.

Under the scientific direction of Hans Van Bossuyt and Jean-François van Drooghenbroeck, the R.P.R.J. is updated monthly and has hyperlinks to full-text articles from almost half of the periodicals analysed.

References cited in the R.P.R.J. follow the official legal classification system of Belgium - the UTU (Universele Thesaurus Universal) of the S.P.F. Justice [Federal Public Service Finance]. You can therefore be sure that you will find results classified according to the same structure that is used on official public sites.
